Hello Good People,

I'm a new member as of August 2026 and just purchased a used (in great shape) 2010 Fleetwood Encounter -29' long with one slide out.

My situation is that I have an "Owners Manual" fom the previous owner but as I read through it I am finding out that it refers to an Owners Information Package.  Fleetwood service can't help me with a much older model so I'm reaching  out to the forum for help in finding the "Package".

The owners manual is fine for general info and I am familiar with most of it alreaday.  BUT the Package has more detailed info in it that i could use to make my experience a better one.

So i need your help in trying to find this package or some derivative of it.
